• The school is run by the Governing Body of Diocese of Kolkata, under the Church of North India.This is a Higher Secondary School preparing children for the secondary and higher secondary Examination. The medium for instruction is Bengali. School Hours 10 am to 3-3.30 pm. Scholarship holders and free Students are not exempted from the Annual Charges. The Annual charges are to be paid with the first installment of fees and in the case of new pupils at the time of admission.
• All School fees are payable in advance and fall due on the 1 st of the month. A fine of Rs.5 will be imposed after the 15 th of every month. Further additional fine of Rs.5 will be charged after the 15 th of each subsequent defaulting month. Fees cannot be accepted after 1-30pm on working days. Session fees should be latest by the 30 th June positively. Fees for the vacation month must be paid prior to the vacation. Fees for the month of April must be paid by the 15 th of March, before the annual examination.
• Students whose fees are three months in arrear will have their names struck off the rolls and will be readmitted on payment of arrears and a readmission charge of one months due.
• The students of infant to class XII should pay all their dues such as bus fees and tuition fees before they sit for their Half-Yearly and Annual Examinations.
• Fees are payable for twelve months in the year I irrespective of Holidays or absence from school.
• Pupils must be punctual and regular in their attendance. It is the responsibility of the guardians other than those availing school buses, to bring and take their wards from the school every day. It is compulsory for all students to attend the assembly before the classes begin.
• When a pupil is absent, the Guardian should send intimation with the reason at once to the Headmistress. Any Pupil absent without intimation for more than one month may have her name struck off the rolls. At the end of the academic session if any pupil's attendance is less than 75% she will not be allowed to sit for the Annual Examination.
• No Pupils will be allowed to leave school during school hours.
• Students may have to be requested to leave the school for irregular attendance, habitual idleness, and lack of progress in studies, disobedience, or conduct not keeping with the ideals of the school.
• Promotion from one class to another depends on the Pupils progress as indicated by her record and as tested by periodical examinations. No re-examination will be held for any pupil absent in any test.
• Admission : - A pupil will be admitted only if found fit at the admission Test. No pupil who has previously attended a recognized school shall be admitted except on production of a transfer certificate from the former school. Registered birth certificate should be produced at the time of first admission.
• Transfer Rules:- Every Application for a Transfer Certificate shall be made in writing to the Headmistress by the pupils parents or guardian and must in every case be accompanied by payment of all dues to the school and a transfer fees. The certificate will be available within 7 days of application but not during vacation or holidays. The last date of taking transfer Certificate is 15 th May. After that day for a transfer certificate, Session fees along with the Tuition fees must be paid upto the month of application.
• If a student remains in the same class for continuously two years, She will be given T.C. with promotion by the school.
• Any damage caused to school property shall be made good promptly. Any pupil found damaging the seats or any part of the buses will have to pay a fine.
• All pupils should attend school neatly dressed in school uniform.
• Once admission is taken, fees and others charges deposited are not refundable. |
